Deutsche Bank won a total of 32 awards across its Trust and Securities Services businesses, including 1 regional award, 12 country awards, 13 individual recognitions and six Best Mandate wins

The Asset Triple A Sustainable Investing Awards for Institutional Investors, ETFs, and Asset Servicing Providers are the industry's most extensive recognition for excellence in the business, bringing together asset owners and managers with their service providers.1

"At a time when markets are becoming more complex and uncertainty has become a constant, our role remains clear: to provide clients with the trusted infrastructure, local expertise and global network they need to operate with confidence," said Deutsche Bank’s Daniel Clark, Head of Trust and Securities Services APAC & MEA, and Global Head of Depositary Receipts.

"It is an honour to see our teams, colleagues and client work recognised once again by this highly respected awards programme. Thank you to our clients for their continued trust, and to our colleagues across APAC and our global network, whose commitment to excellence makes this recognition possible."

Investing for long-term regional strength

The wins come after a transformative year for the franchise, following the integration of the Corporate Trust, Depositary Receipts and Custody & Fund Services businesses into a single, more effective TSS franchise with a unified salesforce, broader regional reach and materially enhanced cross-selling potential.

Where Corporate Trust and Depositary Receipts had historically been concentrated in a few hubs – India, Singapore and Hong Kong – the combined platform now benefits from the broader Custody & Fund Services footprint across key regional markets, generating new opportunities and deepening client coverage across Asia.

The country awards also reflect the strength of Deutsche Bank's long-term investment in  key growth markets across APAC and MEA. Across these markets, the TSS team continues to help clients navigate major market developments, from India's expansion of the optional T+0 settlement framework2 to Sri Lanka's new Central Counterparty framework.3 At the same time, Deutsche Bank is leveraging its local expertise to develop tailored in-country solutions, including Shariah-compliant custody enhancements and Fund Order Routing in Malaysia, helping to secure significant new client mandates.

"Our repeated recognition in markets such as India, Malaysia and Sri Lanka demonstrates the value of the TSS footprint to deliver our Global Hausbank strategy, underpinned by sustained investment in capabilities, talent and client coverage across the 18 APAC MEA markets in which we operate," added Clark.

Individual honours recognise client-focused leadership

Alongside its product and market recognition, Deutsche Bank also received two individual honours at the Asset Triple A Sustainable Investing Awards, which celebrate the leaders shaping the future of the asset servicing industry.

Deutsche Bank's Ivy Fung, North Asia Head of Sales for Trust and Securities Services/Corporate Trust, was named Corporate Trust Executive of the Year. The judges highlighted that, amid "complex macroeconomic environments and evolving debt markets", Fung's "client-centric leadership and tailored fiduciary solutions" have helped clients navigate the complex landscape.4
